Regular courses

• The intensive Korean language program is designed for foreigners to improve their comprehensive and communicative Korean language skills. Each session is 10 weeks long and available year round for foreign students (including Koreans who grew up overseas) who have a minimum of a High School diploma.
• This program is for people who wish to study the Korean language intensively in order to pursue academic or professional goals; such as going to college, graduate school or pursuing a career that requires Korean language skills.
• The regular Korean language program is composed of 4 semesters a year (spring, summer, fall, and winter). New students can study at the appropriate level after taking a placement test. Classes are offered from level 1 to level 6.
• The Korean language classes are integrated with various visual presentations.
• They are taught by experienced and qualified teachers who have successfully finished the Korean language teacher training or received a master’s or doctorate degree in teaching the Korean language.
• In addition to Korean lessons in classrooms, the Korean language program offers other activities to help foreign students have a better understanding of Korean culture as well as adjusting to life in Korea: field trips to historical sites, cultural experiences, club activities, and introduction to Korean mentors.
